This is a cruel joke to play on a dog: you mate a breed that loves to run with a breed that can’t. Those are really short legs. The quality is low because I took it with my phone camera. It is pictures like this that are the reason that I seldom leave without my digital camera. You just don’t know what you’ll see next.

Just as I was about to start photgraphing the exterior of a new listing in Tompkins Cove, Rockland County, a very bold deer visited. I caught it on video and took some cool photos as well. Not something you see every day.

Forest Hills, Queens: Our Lady Queen of Martyrs RC Church

This church is right on Queens Boulevard and I see it whenever I drive to Kew Gardens or Forest Hills. It is a stunning structure in person.

Ossining Stone Home

This home was built by a judge in the 1920’s with boulders from the banks of the Hudson River. It is one of my very favorite houses. I sold it to the current owner and it is back on the market. Email me if you’re interested-he’ll hold the mortgage!
