This was taken outside the Sheffield condominium. I forget this pretty girl’s name, but she made an impression. I always laugh when I recall how a client characterized the bulldog breed as a “genetic cul-de-sac.”

This dog lives in my neighborhood. He’s more majestic in person, and if James Earl Jones were a dog, his bark would sound like this beauty. He gave me a good demonstration the second after I took this shot. I don’t know his name, but I’ll bet it isn’t Skippy.

I often take a photo of  a pet when I look at a home as a real estate broker. People never object; why would they?  I don’t know the names of some, especially on the homes I don’t list for one reason or another, but I’ll get better with names as we go forward.

This is a cruel joke to play on a dog: you mate a breed that loves to run with a breed that can’t.  Those are really short legs. The quality is low because I took it with my phone camera. It is pictures like this that are the reason that I seldom leave without my digital camera. You just don’t know what you’ll see next.
